Massive Equipment Rental is Cayman's leading construction equipment rental company. Our focus has always been on providing our customers with the products they need to get their work done quickly and efficiently. To that end we carry the widest range of rental equipment on the island, and have depth of inventory in the most popular items to avoid run-out situations. We pride ourselves on being responsive to your needs. Cayman is a small market so it is not likely that every item of equipment will be found on our list. However, we do keep track of requests for equipment that we do not carry and will bring it in when demand dictates. Customer service is a top priority here at Massive Equipment Rental. Once your information is in our computer system most rental transactions and returns take only a few minutes to complete. The system maintains a detailed history of your transactions for future reference. |

| Some basic information to assist you with renting from us: | ||||||||||
| Rentals are based on time out, NOT time used. The clock starts ticking with the generation of the rental contract. Most items are rented on a daily basis with half day rates available for 4 hours or less. All items also have weekly rates (which equate to 4.5 days rental) and monthly rates (which equate to 2.5 weeks rental). Obviously, the longer you have an item the more cost effective we want to make it for you. The only exception to this are scaffolding items which are rented on a weekly basis, and some items of heavy equipment which are rented on an hourly basis. |

Delivery
is offered with a variety of rates based on distance from our depot. Cash accounts are opened when a new customer rents form us for the first time. To complete this process WE REQUIRE A DRIVERS LICENCE and A CREDIT CARD. No equipment is rented without approved identification of the renter. |

Credit accounts
can be opened with completion and approval of our credit application
form. For company accounts we request a list of approved names allowed
to rent equipment or the use of a formal PO system. Statements are
issued at the end of month and are due within 10 days of issue. All major credit cards are accepted for payment of cash accounts and commercial credit accounts. |

| Multiquip We represent Multiquip, a leading manufacturer and distributor of light construction equipment. Brands within Multiquip include MQ Power commercial towed and site placed generators to 880KVA, Mayco concrete pumps, Whiteman and Essick mixers, power trowels and concrete equipment, Rammax rollers, and Mikassa compaction equipment. Our dealer pricing on new Multiquip equipment is as good if not better than that available in Miami, especially when freight and duty are added. Used Equipment Through our equipment broker in Miami we are able to offer equipment locating and purchasing services. Just contact us with the specifics of what you are looking for (make, model, approximate year, approximate hours, options) and with your estimated budget and we will do the work of searching for the item for you. We then get back to you with a couple of options for you to review. When an item is firm we will recommend a full mechanical check and inspection report prior to committing to the purchase. |
